Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Public Financial Management relevant.
They must also possess at least 10 years of experience in Disaster Risk Management, Risk Financing, Developing Financial Management Strategies, and Funding Frameworks in the Public Sector.
Experience in completing projects related to disaster risk financing strategies and funding frameworks is required.
