Qualifications:
- Project Director: 18 years of education in Agriculture Engineering, Water Resource Engineering, Water Resource Management. Should have 5 years of experience as a Project Director or Project Manager in development projects.
- Deputy Director: Master’s degree in Agricultural Engineering, Water Engineering & Management, or related fields. Proven post-qualification experience of 15 years in ADP and donor-funded projects, wtc.
- Audit & Accounts Specialist: Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance, Audit, Tax/ACCA, ACMA. At least five years of relevant experience.
- Procurement Specialist: Master’s degree in Agriculture Development, Agriculture Value Chain Engineering. Proven post-qualification experience of five years in ADP and donor-funded projects,.
- Agri Business Specialist: Master’s degree in Agriculture Development, Agriculture Value Chain Engineering. Proven expertise in horticulture, high-value agriculture, value addition, and preparing operational documents and business plans.
- Communication Specialist: Master’s degree in Communication Studies or related fields. At least five years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
- Female Trainer: Master’s degree in Gender Studies, Social Work, Public Policy, or related discipline. Proven post-qualification relevant experience of five years.
