Training Programs and Eligibility Criteria
1. 2nd Fellowship in Paediatric Neurology and Neonatology ICU
- Qualifications: FCPS in General Paediatrics.
- Preferred Experience: Post-fellowship experience of 2 years is preferred.
- Additional Notes: Selection depends on the availability of a paid slot.
2. Postgraduate (FCPS-II) Training in Paediatric Medicine
- Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 months house job in Paediatric Medicine from a PMDC-recognized institute, OR
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Medical Officer in Paediatrics from a PMDC-recognized institute.
- Additional Requirements:
- Fresh FCPS-I candidates or those who passed FCPS-I within the last 2 years are eligible.
- Candidates with over 6 months of RTMC registration or experience must provide an NOC.
- Those already registered with RTMC must submit an NOC from their supervisors.
3. House Job in Paediatric Medicine and Surgery
- Qualifications:
- MBBS degree.
- PMDC Registration Certificate.
- Consolidated Marksheet and Provisional Certificate.
- Preference: Fresh graduates are preferred.

Interested candidates must submit attested photocopies of all relevant documents and an undertaking (affidavit draft available at PGME Section, NICH) within 14 days of the advertisement. Applications should be submitted to the Postgraduate Medical Education Section, NICH, Rafique Shaheed Road, Karachi.
Candidates serving in government positions are required to submit an NOC from their respective parent institutes. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
