Positions Name:
Transaction Advisor / Firm or Consortium of Firms (Legal and Financial)

Qualifications:

• Registered with SECP & ICAP (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan)
• Experience in legal and financial advisory services
• Expertise in real estate-related advisory services
• Proof of global ranking in recognized league tables within the last 5 years
• Proof of registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments (active taxpayer status)
• Detail of at least two real estate transaction advisory projects over PKR 5 billion executed in the last 10 years
• No blacklisting by any Government department and/or Public Sector Organization
• Audit reports for the last three years

How to Apply:

1. EOI documents can be downloaded for free from the CDA website CDA or the PPRA E-PADS portal. Hard copies are available for purchase at the office of Dy. Director-II P&CA-I, Room No. 28, Block No. III, P&C Wing CDA Secretariat G.7/4, Islamabad for Rs. 3,000/-.
2. Submit the EOI online through E-PADS at eprocure.gov.pk before the opening date.
3. Upload a scanned copy of Bid Security / Earnest Money of Rs. 1.00 million in the form of Pay order/CDRs in favor of DDO-Procurement & Contract, CDA on E-PADS. Submit the original to the office of Director P&C-I, CDA along with the EOI.
4. Ensure submission of the original EOI as per the provisions of Rule 36(b) of Public Procurement Rules-2004 and terms & conditions defined in the EOI documents at the mentioned address before 05.08.2024 at 11:00 AM.
5. EOI will be publicly opened on 05.08.2024 at 11:30 AM at the office of Director P&C-I, Room No. 29 Block III CDA, Secretariat, G-7/4 Islamabad, in the presence of the Committee and Bidder’s authorized representatives who choose to attend.
