1. Shariah Scholar – AVP (No. of Position: 1)
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in Teaching, Research & Development in Islamic Finance or Fiqh ul Muamalat.
- Preference is given to candidates with certification in Takhasus fil Fiqh/Takhasus fil Ifta, including the period of Takhasus fil Ifta.
- Adequate understanding of Fiqh ul Muamalat and Shariah-related issues.
- Strong understanding of Islamic jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh) and Fiqh methodologies for deriving juridical opinion.
Qualification:
- Shahadat ul Alamiyyah Degree (Dars e Nizami) from any recognized Board of Madaris with a minimum of 70% marks and a Bachelor’s Degree with at least a 2nd Class.
- Or, a Post Graduate Degree in Kuliyyatush Shariah or Kuliyyah Usooluddin, LLM (Shariah) with a minimum GPA of 3.0 from any recognized University.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review all Shariah products, proposals, related agreements, contracts, manuals, process flows, and checklists, forwarding them to the Shariah Board.
- Research and analysis on Shariah issues under the guidance of the Shariah Board.
- Prepare responses to Shariah-related inquiries, draft opinions, and submit them to the RSBM for review.
- Ensure compliance with the Shariah Board’s comments/correctives.
- Act as the focal person for Shariah compliance reviews and SBP’s Shariah Compliance Inspection Reports.
2. Pool Manager – AVP (No. of Position: 1)
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in the Islamic Banking sector.
- Preference for candidates with experience in Islamic Banking Pool Management and Accounts Handling.
Qualification:
- ACMA/ACCA/MBA-Finance/M.Com or any equivalent relevant degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage deposits and treasury pools as per SBP guidelines.
- Strong understanding of the book of accounts and their balancing.
- Computation and distribution of profit and loss to depositors.
- Tagging and movement of financing/investment assets.
- Allocation of special pools and income/expenses.
- Any other assignment given by management.
3. Unit Head IT-Support – AVP (No. of Position: 1)
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
- Out of which 2 years experience in Banking will be preferred.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HO User Support Unit, including staffing, training, and performance management.
- Ensure the availability of user support services during HO operating hours.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to HO staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Coordinate with all IT teams and vendors for prompt resolution of complex technical issues.
- Identify and analyze user support trends and proactively address common issues.
- Develop and maintain user support documentation, knowledge base, and FAQs.
- Conduct user training sessions and workshops to enhance staff’s technical skills.
- Collaborate with IT teams to test and deploy new software applications or updates.
- Report on user support metrics, including response time, issue resolution, and user satisfaction.
- Continuously review and improve user support processes and procedures, keeping aligned with emerging technologies and industry trends.
4. Civil Engineer – AVP – B.Sc. Civil (No. of Position: 1)
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in Building Construction/Repair & Maintenance in any public/private organization.
- Preference for candidates with Public Sector experience.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering duly recognized by HEC and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee Building Construction/Repair & Maintenance for public/private organizations.
- Supervise site work, tendering & bidding processes, preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)/Proposals, and reporting.
- Knowledge of FIDIC/PPRA is desirable.
- Manage MS Office Applications, AUTO CAD, and structure drawing software.
5. Civil Engineer – OG-II – DAE Civil (No. of Position: 1)
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Building Construction/Repair & Maintenance.
