In this role, you will be crucial in managing commercial activities for our coal mining operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing contracts, negotiations, and procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities of Commercial Business Support Jobs at Shanghai Electric Company:
- Support the Commercial Manager in daily commercial activities related to coal mining operations.
- Collect, organize, and summarize essential commercial data.
- Oversee company material and service contracts, including drafting texts (in Chinese and English), negotiating terms, and managing the signing process.
- Execute the procurement plan according to the actual needs.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Economics/Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant industry, ideally within the natural resources or renewable energy sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong computer skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of financial payments, statistics, procurement processes, contract management, vendor management, negotiation, and purchasing.
