Procedure to Submit Application

For Junior Clerk and Bailiff Positions:

• Candidates for Junior Clerk (Sr. No. 01) and Bailiff (Sr. No. 02) are required to fill the “Online Job Application Form” and deposit a challan/slip of Rs. 800/- (Junior Clerks) and Rs. 500/- (Bailiffs). The fee can be deposited at 1 Link 1 Bill Participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/TCS Express Counters.

For Other Positions (Sr. Nos. 03 to 08):

• Candidates must send their applications on the prescribed form along with attested photocopy of CNIC and NOC (in case of Government servant) and recent passport size photograph by post or by hand to the “District & Sessions Judge, Hyderabad” on or before 24.07.2024 till 03.00 pm.

Multiple Posts:

• Candidates applying for more than one post should apply separately for each post.

Shortlisting:

• The list of eligible and ineligible candidates for Junior Clerk and Bailiff will be uploaded on the website of NTS and displayed on the Notice Board of the Court for information and inviting objections, if any.

Special Quota:

• Special Quota shall be observed as per rules/policy where applicable (Women, Disabled/Special Persons, Minorities, Deceased/Son quota, etc.).

CNIC Requirements:

• Candidates with disability are required to submit CNIC having wheelchair logo issued by NADRA and valid Disability Certificate.

Age Relaxation:

• In case of a Government Servant who has served in connection with the affairs of the Federation or the Province of Sindh for a period of not less than 3 (three) years, the upper age limit shall be 30 (thirty) years.

Selection Process:

• If a candidate is found eligible and selected for appointment on the basis of experience, qualification, and skills, the candidate’s individual cases of successful candidates would be submitted to the Hon’ble Chief Justice, High Court of Sindh, Karachi for relaxation in their upper age limit and approval.

Test and Interview:

• For Junior Clerk and Bailiff, candidates will obtain 40% Marks in the initial tests shall be called for interview. The dates for the written test/skill test and result of candidates from Sr. Nos. 01 to 02 will be announced by NTS on their official website.

Final Selection:

• The decision of the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) shall be final.

Required Documents:

• Candidates, at the time of interview, should bring their original CNIC and all educational documents/domicile PRC with application.

Incomplete Applications:

• Incomplete Applications or those arrived after the due date will not be entertained and will be rejected without assigning any reason.

External Influence:

• Any external influence for selection will lead to disqualification for the post applied for, and the decision of the Departmental Selection Committee (DSC) of this court shall be final.

Other Considerations:

• The court reserves the right to cancel or withdraw from the above posts without disclosing the reason at any time/stage.

• Note that the offer of appointment shall only be issued to those successful candidates who are found eligible in all aspects and their documents including educational documents, PRC, domicile, and other certificates will be verified from the concerned issuing authorities.
