The Fast Rural Development Program (FRDP) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Doctor to join our Mobile Health Unit and provide vital medical services to underserved communities in remote villages across Sindh province, Pakistan!

This is a full-time opportunity for a passionate healthcare professional to make a real difference in the lives of others.

As a Mobile Medical Camp Doctor, you will play a central role in delivering essential healthcare services to communities with limited access to medical facilities.

About the Role:

Medical Care:

Provide medical care and assistance to patients in remote villages across Tharparkar, Umerkot, Badin, and Mirpurkhas districts.
Conduct regular medical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and administer treatments.
Offer primary healthcare services, including consultations, vaccinations, and wound care.
Prescribe medications and educate patients on proper usage and side effects.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Community Engagement and Education:

Conduct health education sessions on topics such as maternal and child health, nutrition, and disease prevention.
Empower community members to prioritize their health and well-being through informed decision-making and self-care practices.
Raise awareness about preventive healthcare practices, hygiene, and sanitation within the target communities.

Mobile Medical Camp Operations:

Assist in planning and coordinating the logistics of mobile medical camps, including scheduling, transportation, and equipment.
Ensure the timely setup and organization of medical camps in different villages, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
Maintain accurate medical records and data for reporting and monitoring purposes.

Qualifications For Fast Rural Development Program NGO Jobs For Female Doctor:

MBBS degree (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Valid medical license to practice in Pakistan.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical practice, preferably in primary healthcare or rural medicine.
Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment, and patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse populations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to travel extensively to remote areas.
Proficiency in local languages/dialects spoken in the target communities (preferred).
