Position: International Relations Officer

Contract Duration: 2 years
Minimum Qualification:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in International Management or a relevant field from a recognized university.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 40 years (as of the closing date of the application).
Minimum Experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree.
- 7 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Experience in writing emails/letters and coordinating with multilateral organizations.
- Experience in coordinating with donor agencies, including managing, monitoring, reporting, and exploring bilateral relations.
- Strong understanding of the functioning of international donor agencies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
As an International Relations Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Communication: Drafting and handling correspondence with international and multilateral organizations.
- Coordination: Coordinating with donor agencies to manage relationships and explore new opportunities for bilateral cooperation.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Managing the reporting process for various projects and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
- Negotiation: Engaging in negotiations and discussions to foster international collaborations.
- Documentation: Maintaining records of all communications and agreements with international entities.
- Strategy Development: Assisting in the development and implementation of strategies to enhance international relations.
