The Government of Pakistan has received financing from the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) towards the cost of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Rural Economic Transformation Project (KP-RETP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the recruitment of the following positions:

2. Regional Coordinator

- Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Social Sciences from HEC recognized University. 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience in development projects, with at least 03 years in a similar role.
3. Manager – Employment & Job Placement

- Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Gender Studies or Sociology from HEC recognized University. 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience with national/international or Public sector organizations.
13. Budget & Finance Coordinator

- Location: Mansehra, Chitral & DI Khan
- Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education in Finance, Commerce, or ACCA from a recognized University. 05 years of post-qualification relevant experience with public sector or international organizations. Familiarity with Government financial regulations. Proficient in MS Office applications i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Application Process
The use of any IFAD financing shall be subject to IFAD’s approval, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement, as well as IFAD’s rules, policies, and procedures. IFAD and its officials, agents, and employees shall be held harmless from and against all suits, proceedings, claims, demands, losses and liability of any kind or nature brought by any party in connection with KP-RETP.
The services are as per the TORs of each position, which can be downloaded from the KP-RETP official website i.e. https://kpretp.gov.pk/jobs. The services will be initially for a period of one year however it will be extended on a yearly basis until the project completion (June 2029) on satisfactory performance.
