Available Positions

Program Director (PD) (PPS-11)

• Number of Positions: 1
• Qualifications: M.B.B.S./MAS/MS/MPH/MBA/MSPH
• Experience & Skills:
• 15 years of professional management experience, including 5 years in national or provincial health projects.
• Knowledge of health department functions and health systems.
• Expertise in annual implementation and procurement planning.
• Experience with donor agencies such as WB/ADB/UN.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in computer applications.

Additional Program Director (APD) (PPS-10)

• Number of Positions: 1
• Qualifications: MBBS or Master’s in Health Policy Management, Public Health, or Social Sciences.
• Experience & Skills:
• 10 years of professional management experience, including 3 years in national or provincial health projects.
• Knowledge of health department functions and health systems.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in computer applications.

Public Health Specialist (PPS-10)

• Number of Positions: 1
• Qualifications: MBBS or Master’s in Health Policy Management, Public Health, Healthcare & Hospital Management, or equivalent.
• Experience & Skills:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in health services delivery or public health program development.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in computer applications.

MIS Specialist (PPS-9)

• Number of Positions: 1
• Qualifications: Master’s in IT/Computer Science.
• Experience & Skills:
• 5 years of experience in MIS development and implementation.
• Proficient in computer applications.

Communication Specialist (PPS-9)

• Number of Positions: 1
• Qualifications: Master’s in Media, Communications, Public Administration, or related fields.
• Experience & Skills:
• 10 years of experience in media and communications.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in computer applications.

Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (PPS-9)

• Number of Positions: 1
• Qualifications: Master’s in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Health, or Public Administration.
• Experience & Skills:
• 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
• Proficient in computer applications.

Financial Management Specialist (PPS-9)

• Number of Positions: 1
• Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Finance or Economics, preferably ACCA/CA/ICMA.
• Experience & Skills:
• 10 years of experience in public or private sector finance management.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in financial management software.

Procurement and Logistic Specialist (PPS-9)

• Qualifications: Master’s in Business Administration or Economics.

• 10 years of experience in procurement and logistics management.

Gender cum Training Specialist (PPS-9)
