• Assistant Manager (Project Site): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (16-year education), registered with PEC.

• Officer (Human Resources): Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Public Administration.
• Graphic Designer: Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Design, Media Science, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Officer Accounts (Project Site): Bachelor’s Degree (16-year education).
• IT Officer: BS-IT/B.Sc. in Engineering (Computer/Electronics).

Positions With Experience

• Assistant Manager (Project Site): Minimum 5 years in construction supervision/design consultancy, proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Assistant Manager (Electrical): Minimum 5 years in electrical maintenance/supervision, especially in commercial/office buildings.
• Officer (Human Resources): Minimum 2 years in HR, proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Graphic Designer: Minimum 2 years in graphic design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and a strong portfolio.
• Officer Accounts (Project Site): Minimum 5 years in project accounts and record-keeping.
• IT Officer: At least 3 years as a System and Network Administrator, strong knowledge of network protocols and security technologies.
