Positions with Qualifications
Procurement & Contract Management Specialist:
- Postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Economics, or Commerce (Preference for Civil Engineering).
- Minimum 08 years of experience in civil construction contract management using FIDIC rules.
Senior Solid Waste Engineer:
- Master’s Degree in Environmental Science/Engineering from HEC recognized University.
- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in a public or reputable private organization in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of waste management regulations, policies, and technologies.
Environmental Specialist:
- Master’s Degree in Environmental Sciences/Engineering (or a relevant discipline) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in environmental impact assessment and environmental management plans, preferably in solid waste management.
- Well-versed in federal, provincial, and international laws, regulations, and safety standards.
- Experience in World Bank/Foreign Funded Projects is an advantage.
Assistant Manager Finance (Audit):
- ACCA/ACMA or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a project management environment.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and practices.
- Familiarity with World Bank Client Connection Software is an added advantage.
Livelihood Officer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 05 years of experience in livelihood programs, economic development projects, vocational training, and community-based education projects.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management.
Assistant Manager (Civil):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 03 years of post-qualification experience in civil engineering in a public or reputable private organization.
- Experience in AutoCAD, MS Office, and PowerPoint.
Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in civil construction and quantity surveying.
- Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant surveying software.
- Preference for candidates with infrastructure project experience with reputed consultancy firms.
