- Director (Digital): Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s degree (18 years of education) in Computer Science/Software Engineering, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution. Must have 12 years of post-qualification experience in IT, System Analysis, and digital marketing, with public sector experience preferred. Age limit: 46 years.
- Deputy Director (Operations): First Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science/IT. Must have 10 years of relevant experience in IT and digital marketing, with public sector experience preferred. Age limit: 45 years.
- Deputy Director (Dev Ops): Same qualifications and experience as Deputy Director (Operations). Age limit: 45 years.
- Assistant Director (Dev Ops): First Class or Grade ‘C’ Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT. Must have 4 years of experience in software development. Age limit: 35 years.
- Technical Assistant: Second Class or Grade ‘C’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Commerce/Arts. Age limit: 38 years.
- Naib Qasid: Primary/Middle education. Age limit: 18-30 years.
