Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Qualifications:
- 16 years of education in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics), Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Commerce, or Marketing from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Membership in a recognized body of professional accountants is also accepted.
- 20 years of experience in the power sector (distribution & supply) or relevant fields, with at least senior management or governing body experience.
Key Skills:
- Strong leadership, team building, change management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in corporate governance, performance management, and international best practices.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age of 60 years on the closing date of the advertisement.
Tenure & Pay Package:
- Contractual position for 3 years, extendable up to 2 years based on performance.
- Lump-sum pay package under SEPCO Executive Pay Scales-1, with additional perks as per company policy.
