Qualifications:

• LLB/LLM/Barrister at Law from HEC-recognized institutions.
• Enrolled with Sindh Bar Council and holding a license to appear before high courts.
• Minimum 3 years of standing practice in high court.
  Job-Specific Requirements:
• Proficiency in English and a strong understanding of general and procedural laws.
• Expertise in legal drafting, court procedures, and case management.
• Experience in drafting agreements, contracts, MOUs, tenders, and dispute resolution.
• Knowledge of federal and provincial fiscal laws is an advantage.
