Position: Head Investigations & Whistle Blowing (Grade: SVP-I/EVP-I)
Location: Lahore
Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for ensuring that all investigations and complaints under the Whistle-Blowing Program are dealt with as per established policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervise investigations of fraud, forgeries, digital frauds, and other management requests, ensuring they comply with established policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all complaints received under the Whistle-Blowing Program are dealt with as per the defined procedure.
- Plan end-to-end investigations, ensuring all investigative methodologies for various types of investigations are adhered to.
- Review the budget for on-site investigations and arrange for necessary resources as recommended by the CIA.
- Make meaningful recommendations based on the type of investigation, which includes internal and external threats.
- Review draft/preliminary investigation reports and executive summaries to ensure all aspects are properly addressed before final release.
- Review packages to be presented at BAC regarding investigations and whistle-blowing complaints.
- Supervise the maintenance of all MIS/logs/records of whistle-blowing investigations.
- Present tracking reports documenting significant complaints/allegations and actions taken to resolve them to the Board Audit Committee on a periodic basis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s/MBA/M.Com./MSc in Accounting/Finance/Mathematics/Statistics/CFAP/CAF/CA/CIA/CFE from any HEC recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a commercial bank in a similar or related role.
- Age: Not more than 55 years as of the last date of application.
Position: Head Information System Audit (Grade: SVP-I/EVP-I)

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for leading reviews of technology governance, business systems/applications, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity to ensure their efficacy. Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement the overall strategy for information system audits.
- Design and maintain an annual audit plan, prioritizing high-risk areas and ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- Lead and mentor a team of IS audit professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough and objective audits of IT systems, infrastructure, and processes to assess compliance, risk, and control efficiency.
- Ensure audits are performed in accordance with established standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide guidance on best practices for information security, data protection, and IT governance.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
- Present audit results to the CIA, Board Audit Committee, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain open and effective communication channels with other departments to ensure audit recommendations are understood and implemented.
