Job Description and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing a system value framework as part of the EDEIP. The duration of the assignment is one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance, up to a maximum of December 2027. This position offers a market-based salary and the opportunity to contribute to a significant national project.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirements:
- A Master’s or MPhil or Ph.D. degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, or related fields (16 years of HEC equivalent education) from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Additional certifications in the relevant field will be preferred.
Required Experience
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Familiarity with economic analysis software such as EViews, STATA, or SAS.
- Specific Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in economic/econometric models and analysis.
- A strong background in economic theory and econometrics.
- Experience working with statistical software packages such as STATA, EViews, or R.
