Job Responsibilities

Junior Executives will play a crucial role in facilitating the registration process for differently-abled individuals. By utilizing their sign language skills, these executives will ensure effective communication and a seamless experience for all applicants.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent qualification (Higher Secondary School Certificate – H.S.S.C).
• Computer Skills: Basic computer course completion.
• Certification in Sign Language: A mandatory requirement for effective communication with differently-abled individuals.
• Experience: Preferably, candidates should have at least one year of experience in data entry.
• Age Limit: Candidates must be under 30 years of age. However, there is a 10-year age relaxation for differently-abled persons.

Terms and Conditions

Candidates selected for the role of Junior Executive at NADRA will be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Contract Period: The initial contract period is five years, which may be extended based on requirements.
2. Encouragement of Diversity: Females, minorities, transgenders, and differently-abled candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, reflecting NADRA’s commitment to diversity and inclusion.
3. Shortlisting and Selection: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the test/interview process.

6. Electronic Gadgets: Use of electronic gadgets, including mobile phones and smartwatches, is prohibited during the test/interview.
7. Medical Fitness and Character Certificates: Selected candidates must provide medical fitness and character certificates upon selection.
8. Non-transferable Appointment: Appointments will be made for specific NADRA Registration Centres and requests for transfers will not be entertained.
