National TB Control Program NTP Latest Jobs 2024. Positions are available at the National TB Control Program (NTP) for the roles of MDR Specialist, M&E Manager – TB, and Manager M&E / Surveillance. This Donor-Funded Project is seeking dynamic, career-oriented professionals on a contract basis to contribute to the control and management of tuberculosis in Pakistan. Positions with Qualifications:

MDR Specialist (1 Position)
Qualifications: MBBS with a postgraduate qualification in Public Health recognized by PMC.
Experience: At least 7 years in public health, with a minimum of 3 years in programmatic management of TB and DRTB, including policy development, planning, and monitoring. Clinical experience in managing Tuberculosis is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and strong data management, analysis, and communication skills are required.
Location: Islamabad
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years

M&E Manager – TB (1 Position)
Qualifications: MBBS with a Master’s in Public Health from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in Public Health Programs with 3 years in a managerial role. Preference will be given to candidates with TB program experience. Proficiency in WHO monitoring tools, data analysis, and strong communication skills is required.
Location: Islamabad
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years

Manager M&E / Surveillance (1 Position)
Qualifications: MBBS/BDS with a Master’s in Public Health from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of monitoring and evaluation experience in Public Health programs. Preference for candidates with experience in HIV control programs.
Location: Islamabad
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years
