Job Summary

The Charge Nurse plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality nursing care to a designated group of patients. This role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of other nursing staff, ensuring that all patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care. The Charge Nurse will assess patient needs, develop and implement personalized care plans, and meticulously document patient care.

Qualifications

To be eligible for these positions, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Must possess a domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa or the Merged districts.
• Age limit is up to 35 years.
• Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Generic) with a 1-year Internship Certificate/Post RN.
• OR Registered “A” Grade Nurse with a 1-year post-basic specialty diploma.
• Valid registration with the Pakistan Nursing Council is mandatory.

Terms and Conditions

• The age of superannuation is 60 years.

• Applications must be submitted via registered courier services or the Post office to the HR Department MTI-HMC within 15 days of the advertisement’s publication. Hand-delivered applications will not be accepted.
• Applications must include:
• Complete bio-data.
• Academic, experience, and domicile certificates.
• Two recent passport-sized photographs.
• Photocopy of CNIC (all documents must be duly attested).
• An application fee of Rs. 500 (Non-Refundable) must be paid. Payment can be made through Bank Draft/Pay Order in favor of Hospital Director-MTI-HMC or via direct deposit in the Bank of Khyber, HMC Branch, Receipt Account, Branch Code 0185, A/C Number# PLS-3002107103.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview. Shortlisting will be based on a written test, pre-interview marks, or a combination of both.
• Selected candidates will be governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 (amended from time to time).
• Incomplete applications will be rejected.
• Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
• The initial appointment will be for one year, with the possibility of extension upon approval from the Board of Governors (BoG) MTI-HMC.
