The Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Assistant Director MET (Inspector) (EG-01). This role requires a Master’s degree in Meteorology or an equivalent field and at least two years of relevant experience, preferably in aviation MET forecasting. Familiarity with QMS and SMS, along with a solid understanding of MWO/ICAO documents and regulations, is highly desirable.

- Number of Seats: One (01)
- Prescribed Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Meteorology.
- Recognized by the Meteorological Watch Office (MWO).
- Completion of the Basic Instruction Package for Meteorologists (BIP-M).
- At least two (02) years of progressively responsible and demonstrated experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in Aviation MET forecasting at the Meteorological Watch Office (MWO).
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Safety Management Systems (SMS) is preferable.
- Must have excellent knowledge of MWO / ICAO documents and technical regulations.
- Quota & Pay Scale:
- Quota: Merit
- Basic Pay Scale: Rs. 56,280 – 5,630 – 168,880/-
- Initial Gross Salary: Rs. 197,689/- (Negotiable)
- Age Limit:
- Maximum 28 years (Age relaxation as per Federal Government Rules is applicable)
