Position: Deputy General Manager (Admin & Security)
Qualification:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Public Administration, or a related field from a Higher Education Commission recognized University.
- Alternatively, a Master’s degree in one of the above fields.
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in administration and security management.
- The candidate should be a retired Army Officer, not below the rank of Colonel.
Age:
- The maximum age for this position is 55 years.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Administration:
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the administrative department.
- Develop, implement, and monitor administrative policies and procedures.
Office Management:
- Ensure efficient office management, including the maintenance of office equipment and transport facilities.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and ensuring their continuous development.
Coordination and Support:
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations and support service delivery.
- Oversee travel arrangements, accommodation, and event planning for staff.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Security:
Policy Development:
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures at both the corporate and project levels.
Risk Assessment:
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control, etc.).
Staff Management:
- Manage security staff, including their training and performance evaluations.
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary.
Safety and Security:
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets.
- Conduct regular security drills and training sessions for employees.
- Investigate security breaches and incidents, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
- Maintain updated records of security-related incidents and actions taken.
