Qualifications
- Must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Financial Planning and Strategy Development
- Develop and oversee comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to guide the organization’s financial strategy and decision-making processes. This includes long-term financial projections and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Financial Reporting
- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders, highlighting financial performance, variances, and trends.
- Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and manage financial risks faced by the organization, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk. Implement robust internal controls and risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company’s assets.
- Cash Flow and Liquidity Management
- Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and develop strategies to effectively manage liquidity. Ensure the availability of funds for operational needs and strategic investments.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and international accounting standards (IAS).
- Stakeholder Communication
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions, to ensure transparent and effective communication of financial matters.
- Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
