Position Title: Assistant Director
Number of Posts: 01 (One)
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in Social Sciences (16 years of education) or an equivalent degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Preferably, a degree in Disaster Management or a related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in disaster management, emergency response, or a related field. Experience with NGOs, governmental organizations, or international agencies is highly valued.
Age:
- Minimum Age: 25 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement disaster management plans, ensuring alignment with PRCS policies and local regulations.
- Emergency Response: Lead and coordinate emergency response efforts during disasters, including mobilization of resources and personnel.
- Training and Capacity Building: Organize training sessions and workshops for staff and volunteers to enhance their skills in disaster preparedness and response.
- Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective disaster management.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor and evaluate disaster management programs, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability.
