About the Role
The Director of Operations and Industry Facilitation will hold a key management role in PSEB with the responsibility to manage the operations and administrative affairs, human resource management, procurement, legal affairs, and government coordination. The incumbent will ensure the smooth functioning of the organization, including but not limited to setting up rules and procedures that are auditable, efficient, and meet the organization’s needs. The incumbent must be a strategic thinker, preferably with expertise in continuous process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or equivalent, who can design, benchmark, and optimize processes, rules, and procedures. Qualification & Experience
Educational Qualification
Minimum 16 years of education in business administration, finance, economics, or a relevant management discipline from HEC-recognized local or international University, preferably with a higher degree in business administration, finance, public administration, or a relevant management discipline.
Professional Experience
Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in a performance-driven organization managing the operations and administrative affairs, human resource management, procurement, and legal affairs as well as experience coordinating with public sector entities, preference will be given to individuals with international and local experience related to the IT/ITeS sector, awareness of policies and undertaking of initiatives for related policies for ease of doing business issues, and experience dealing with taxation, banking and regulatory affairs and building industry-academia linkages, a minimum of three years of experience in a relevant leadership role is required.
