Chief Accountant:
MS/MBA/BBA in Commerce/Economics/Finance (16 years) in second class, preferably first class or equivalent from an HEC-recognized University/Institute with 6 years of post-qualification experience in managing accounting transactions, preparing budgets, managing balance sheets, etc. 3 years should be equivalent to BPS-17 in a University/Board/Government Department/Autonomous Organization or recognized Private Firms/Institute.

Assistant Controller of Examinations:
Graduation (16 years) in second class, preferably first class or equivalent from an HEC-recognized University/Institute with 4 years of post-qualification experience in administration and examinations in a University/Board/Government Department/Autonomous Organization or any recognized Private Firms/Institute.

Assistant Director HR:
Graduation (16 years) in second class, preferably first class or equivalent from an HEC-recognized University/Institute with 4 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resource in a University/Board/Government Department/Autonomous Organization or any recognized Private Firms/Institute.

Administrative Officer:
Graduation (16 years) in second class, preferably first class or equivalent from an HEC-recognized University/Institute with 4 years of post-qualification experience in office administration in a University/Board/Government Department/Autonomous Organization or any recognized Private Firms/Institute.

Assistant Resident Auditor:
Graduation (16 years) in Accounting/Commerce or Business Administration (Accounting/Finance) in second class, preferably first class or equivalent from an HEC-recognized University/Institute with 4 years of post-qualification experience in auditing, accounting, and finance in a University/Board/Government Department/Autonomous Organization or any recognized Private Firms/Institute.

Assistant Registrar:
Graduation in second class, preferably first class or equivalent from an HEC-recognized University/Institute with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in administration in a University/Board/Government Department/Autonomous Organization or any recognized Private Firms/Institute.

Assistant Librarian:
BS in Library & Information Science (16 years) in second class, preferably first class or equivalent from an HEC-recognized University/Institute with 4 years of post-qualification experience in Library Management in a University/Board/Government Department/Autonomous Organization or any recognized Private Firms/Institute.
