Positions with Qualifications
Position Name: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Department: Postal Life Insurance Company Limited (PLICL)
Location: Islamabad
Educational Qualifications:
a) Master’s degree or equivalent recognized by HEC or membership in a recognized body of professional accountants.
b) ACII, FCII, Fellowship/Associate of the Institute or Society of Insurance Actuaries, or a master’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or Actuarial Science recognized by HEC.
Experience Requirements:
- At least 15 years of experience, including 5 years as a Key Officer, Director, Chief Executive, or Principal Officer in the insurance industry or Insurance Regulator.
- The candidate must fulfill criteria outlined in the Companies Act, 2017 and the Insurance Companies (Sound and Prudent Management) Regulations, 2012.
Age Limit: Not more than 60 years as of the advertisement’s publication date.
Employment Conditions:
- Appointment will be on a 3-year contract basis.
- The selection and compensation will be determined by the Board of Directors (BOD).
- Dual nationality holders will not be considered.
