Position Name: Technology Consultant
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, MBA with electives in Project Management, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council
Experience: Fifteen years of core technology experience in the power sector, with extensive work in IT, OT, and GIS technologies, software development, and data analytics
Location: NEPRA Headquarters, Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform the development of cutting-edge software solutions for monitoring investments in electric power transmission and distribution companies.
- Contribute to or author specifications related to technology specific to power utilities.
- Work with local and international utilities, specializing in IT, OT, and GIS technologies.
- Develop and manage data warehouses and conduct data analytics.
- Oversee the meter-to-cash cycle, including prepaid and postpaid systems.
- Provide expertise in cyber-security with a focus on risk management.
