The Primary & Secondary Healthcare Department (P&SHD) under the Punjab Human Capital Investment Project (PHCIP) invites applications for the following positions: Procurement Associate, IT Analyst, and Computer Operator. These contract-based positions under the Health Component as Project Implementation Support Personnel (PISP).

Positions with Qualifications

Procurement Associate (PPS-08):
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Finance, MBA (Finance), B.Sc. Engineering, Pharm D, Economics, Statistics, or M.Com (equivalent) from an HEC-recognized university (preferably top 10 HEC-ranked universities).
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in procurement activities, including sound knowledge of PPRA and international procurement guidelines.

IT Analyst (PPS-08):
Qualifications: 16 years of education in Computer Sciences, IT, or an equivalent field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Computer Operator (PPS-08):
Qualifications: ICS or Intermediate with at least a 6-month diploma in Computer Sciences.
Experience: Relevant experience will be preferred.
