Litigation Officer – HR Legal (OG-1/AVP):
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized institution. Candidates with a Law degree, Master’s, or relevant professional certifications are preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR Legal Compliance, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Grievance Handling, Litigation, or Court Cases Handling is required. Strong communication, negotiation, and drafting skills are essential.
Officer – HR Legal (OG-III/OG-10):
Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a recognized institution. Candidates with a Law degree, Master’s, or relevant professional certifications are preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Legal Compliance, Employee Relations, Industrial Relations, Grievance Handling, Litigation, or Court Cases Handling is required. Strong command over MS Office, organizational skills, and drafting skills are essential.
