Positions with Qualifications

Project Director (PPS-11): Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with at least 20 years of experience in project management of large-scale projects, preferably in hospital or educational infrastructure. Expertise in construction planning, execution, and team leadership is required. Upper Age Limit: 55 years.

Procurement & Contracts Specialist (PPS-10): Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Law with 15 years of experience for BS candidates and 10 years of experience for MS candidates in procurement and contract management. Knowledge of public procurement rules and contract laws is mandatory. Upper Age Limit: 50 years.

Chief Architect (PPS-10): Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture with 15 years of experience for BS candidates and 10 years of experience for MS candidates in designing healthcare or educational facilities. Proficiency in architectural software and project visualization tools is required. Upper Age Limit: 50 years.

E&M Engineer (PPS-09): Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and managing E&M systems for large-scale projects. Familiarity with hospital-grade systems is preferred. Upper Age Limit: 45 years.

Planning Engineer (PPS-09): Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field with 10 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management. Expertise in project management software like Primavera or MS Project is mandatory. Upper Age Limit: 45 years.

QS Engineer (PPS-08): Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation, BoQs, and tendering processes. Proficiency in QS tools and software is required. Upper Age Limit: 35 years.
