Sindh Flood Emergency Rehabilitation Project (SFERP) Vacancies
The Government of Sindh is inviting expressions of interest from qualified individual consultants for the following positions under the Sindh Flood Emergency Rehabilitation Project (SFERP) Irrigation Component:
Procurement Contract Management Consultant (M&E)
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Economics, or Social Sciences with at least 16 years of education. A background in Procurement, Project Management, or Supply Chain Management is highly desirable.
- Experience: At least 10 years of documented experience in procurement for goods, works, and consulting services, with a preference for national, international, or semi-government agencies.
Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Management (MBA), Project Management, or Research Methodology, with a minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in monitoring and evaluation roles, preferably within the public or private sectors.
Environment Consultant
- Qualifications: Master’s degree in Environmental Science/Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in preparing Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), Environmental and Social Management Plans (ESMP).
