Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and investment strategies to maximize shareholder value.
- Implement financial policies and procedures that support the company’s financial health and operational efficiency.
Innovation and Sustainability:
- Drive initiatives for operational efficiency and sustainability through innovative practices and technologies.
- Focus on reducing environmental impact and enhancing energy efficiency across all refinery operations.
Team Leadership:

Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate business risks, ensuring robust risk management practices are in place.

Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 20-25 years in progressive roles within the oil refining industry.

Education:
- An advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable local or foreign institution is preferred.
