- Age: Age will be calculated on the closing date for receipt of applications.
- Local/Domicile Certificate: The candidate should submit a local/domicile certificate of their district. A married female candidate not already in Government Service and desires to apply on the basis of the local/domicile of her husband, should submit the local/domicile certificate of her husband. However, a married female candidate already in Government Service and desirous of applying on the basis of the local/domicile of her husband should submit the local/domicile certificate of her husband along with a service certificate issued by the administrative authority of the department concerned.
