Positions and Requirements:
- Director (BPS-19 + Special Allowance): BE (Civil), minimum 25 years of experience in managing sizable urban infrastructure works and civil testing laboratories.
- Additional Director Design & Contract (BPS-18): MSc (Transportation), minimum 12 years of experience in design and contract management.
- Material Engineer (BPS-18): BE (Civil), minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Geo-Tech Engineer (BPS-18): BE (Civil), minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Dy Director Golf Course Construction (BPS-18): BE (Civil), minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale urban infrastructure and golf course construction.
- Dy Director Golf Operations & Monitoring (BPS-18): BE (Civil), minimum 10 years of experience in operations and monitoring.
- Cost Control/Estimate Engineer (BPS-17): BE (Civil)/B.Tech, minimum 15 years of experience.
- Planning Engineer (BPS-17): BE (Civil), minimum 10 years of experience with Primavera and AutoCAD.
- GIS Expert (BPS-17): BE (GIS), minimum 5 years of experience in GIS layers, Remote Sensing, and ArcMap (MS preferred).
- AutoCAD Expert (BPS-16): DAE (Civil), minimum 10 years of experience in AutoCAD 2D/3D, BOQs, and road/utility services.
- Senior Lab Tech (BPS-16): DAE (Civil), minimum 10 years of experience in road infrastructure.
- Senior Land Surveyor (BPS-16): DAE (Civil), minimum 10 years of experience in land surveying.
