Qualifications and Experience
To be eligible for the position of Chairman, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- A minimum of 16 years of formal education or a 4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in fields such as Education, Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration, or Public Policy. The degree must be from a university or institution recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
- Work Experience:
- A minimum of 17 years of post-qualification relevant work experience in either the public or private sector. Of these, at least 5 years should be in a senior management position.
