Positions With Qualifications
Position Name: Financial Analyst (DMU)
Qualifications:
- MBA (Finance) / MSc (Finance) / CFA / CA or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: - Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years.
Job Description:
- Assist the Debt Management specialist in daily tasks.
- Formulate policies on debt management (foreign and domestic).
- Provide financial analysis for loan negotiations and debt repayment decisions.
- Advise on the currency mix and tenor for new borrowings.
- Liaise with stakeholders in the Sindh and Federal Governments.
- Manage debt-related transactions and prepare comprehensive statistical reports.
- Address financial risks related to debt portfolios.
- Participate in briefings, sessions, and workshops, and record minutes of meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Debt Management Specialist.
Terms & Conditions:
- The contract is initially for two years and extendable annually for an additional two years based on satisfactory performance.
- Competitive salary packages will be offered to successful candidates.
- Government employees must apply through proper channels with an NOC from their organization.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews. No TA/DA will be provided.
