Positions With Qualifications:
- Deputy Project Director (Civil) (PPS-9): BSc. Civil Engineering from an HEC-accredited university with a minimum 3.5 CGPA, and a minimum of 12 years of field experience in construction/planning activities. Proficient in MS Project, Word, Excel, and Primavera P6.
- Assistant Director (Civil) (PPS-7): BSc. Civil Engineering from an HEC-accredited university with a minimum 3.5 CGPA, valid registration with PEC, and a minimum of 5 years of field experience in construction/planning activities.
- Assistant Director (Electrical/Mechanical) (PPS-7): BSc. Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-accredited university with a minimum 3.5 CGPA, and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP/HVAC works on multi-storey buildings.
- Assistant Director (Planning Engineer) (PPS-7): BSc. Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-accredited university with a minimum 3.5 CGPA, and a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in planning works on multi-storey buildings. Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PMP.
- Engineering Supervisor (Civil) (PPS-4): Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) with at least 1st division from a reputed institute, registered with the concerned Technical Board. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the construction of multi-storey buildings.
- Engineering Supervisor (Electrical) (PPS-4): Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) with at least 1st division from a reputed institute, registered with the concerned Technical Board. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the construction of multi-storey buildings.
- Quantity Surveyor (PPS-4): Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE-Civil) with at least 1st division from a reputed institute, registered with the concerned Technical Board. Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in the construction of multi-storey buildings.
- AutoCAD Operator (PPS-4): AutoCAD Diploma certificate (6 months) from a reputed institute. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AutoCAD.
- Driver (PPS-2): Matriculation with at least 2 years of driving experience in government or private sectors. Must have a valid Driving License (LTV).
