Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is a leading power distribution company in Pakistan, serving more than 3.80 million customers with an annual revenue base of over Rs. 355 billion. IESCO’s operational jurisdiction covers six districts: Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Murree, Attock, Jhelum, and Chakwal. IESCO is actively seeking to hire experienced, dynamic, high-caliber, and result-oriented professionals to join its Senior Executive Team. These positions are purely on a lump-sum pay package initially for a period of 2 years (extendable on need and performance basis) and will not be converted into pensionable positions in the future.

Available Positions

1. Manager ERP Technical (Lump-sum pay package)

• Number of Positions: 01
• Qualification & Experience:
• Masters in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering/MIS or equivalent.
• 8-9 years of experience in providing technical delivery, advisory, and support related to SAP ERP architecture, installations, and customizations.
• Experience in developing solutions to complex business problems.
• SAP ABAP Certification preferred.
• Age Limit: 45 Years

2. Team Lead (FICO) (Lump-sum pay package)

• Number of Positions: 01
• Qualification & Experience:
• MBA Finance / Masters in Management Sciences/Accounting & Finance/Commerce or CA/ACCA/ACMA.
• 6-7 years of experience in managing SAP FICO/Financials deployment including full life cycle implementations.
• SAP Financials/FICO Certification preferred.
• Age Limit: 40 Years

3. Team Lead (HCM) (Lump-sum pay package)

• Number of Positions: 01
• Qualification & Experience:
• Masters in HR/Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering/Business Administration/Management Sciences.
• 6-7 years of experience in managing SAP HCM deployment including full life cycle implementation.
• SAP HCM Certification preferred.
• Age Limit: 40 Years

4. Team Lead (ABAP) (Lump-sum pay package)

• Number of Positions: 01
• Qualification & Experience:
• Masters in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering/MIS or equivalent.
• 6-7 years of experience in providing technical delivery, advisory, and support related to SAP ERP architecture and customizations.
• Experience in developing solutions to complex business problems.
• SAP ABAP Certification.

5. Team Lead (BASIS) (Lump-sum pay package)

• Number of Positions: 01
• Qualification & Experience:
• Masters in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering/MIS or equivalent.
• 6-7 years of SAP Basis hands-on experience.
• SAP BASIS Certification.
• Age Limit: 40 Years

6. Assistant Team Lead (FICO) (Lump-sum pay package)

• Number of Positions: 01
• Qualification & Experience:
• BBA/MBA Finance / Masters in Management Sciences/Accounting & Finance/Commerce or CA/ACCA/ACMA.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing SAP FICO/Financials deployment including full life cycle implementations.
• SAP Financials/FICO Certification preferred.
• Age Limit: 35 Years

7. Assistant Team Lead (MM/PS) (Lump-sum pay package)

• Number of Positions: 01
• Qualification & Experience:
• Masters in Supply Chain Management/Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering/Business Administration/Management Sciences/Accounting & Finance/Commerce or CA/ACCA/ACMA.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing SAP MM/PS deployment including full life cycle implementation.
• SAP MM/PS Certification preferred.
• Age Limit: 35 Years

12. Team Member (BASIS) (Lump-sum pay package)

• Number of Positions: 01
• Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor/Masters in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering/MIS or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of SAP Basis hands-on experience.
• SAP BASIS Certification preferred.
• Age Limit: 33 Years

Other Conditions:

1. The candidate must be a Pakistani Citizen.

3. Applicants with foreign academic qualifications must furnish HEC Equivalence certificates.

5. General age relaxation has already been included in the age mentioned against each category. No further age relaxation is allowed in the prescribed age limit.
