Available Positions
Chief Commercial Advisor
- Qualification: 16-year degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields from recognized local or foreign universities.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in senior management roles in companies with assets totaling five billion rupees or more. Demonstrated expertise in sales and client relationship management.
Chief HR & Career Planning Officer
- Qualification: 16-year degree (MBA/MS) preferably in Human Resources or relevant fields from recognized local or foreign universities.
- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years at the senior management level in companies with assets totaling five billion rupees or more. Additional certifications/courses in HR will be advantageous.
Chief Supply Chain Management Officer
- Qualification: 16-year degree (MBA/MS) in Supply Chain/Operations Research or related fields from recognized local or foreign universities.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years at the senior management level in companies with assets totaling five billion rupees or more. Extensive knowledge and experience in supply chain and procurement practices.
Chief Technical/Engineering Advisor
- Qualification: 16-year degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant fields from recognized local or foreign universities.
- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years at the senior management level in companies with assets totaling five billion rupees or more.
Chief IT Officer
- Qualification: 16-year degree (Master’s preferred) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields from HEC-recognized local/foreign universities.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience, including 5 years at the senior management level in companies with assets totaling five billion rupees or more. Proven track record in leading complex IT changes and initiatives.
Remuneration, Tenure & Age Limit
- Market-based competitive salary package.
- Initial contract period of two years, extendable for up to three years based on performance.
- The upper age limit is 55 years.
