• Ph.D. in any discipline or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC with eight years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in a public or private university or public sector organization.
• OR MS/M.Phil. in any discipline (2nd Division) with ten years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in a public or private university or public sector organization.
• OR Master’s Degree or BS (2nd Division) with twelve years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in a public or private university or public sector organization.

Controller of Examinations (BPS-20)

• Ph.D. in any discipline or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC with eight years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in a public or private university or public sector organization.
• OR MS/M.Phil. in any discipline (2nd Division) with ten years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in a public or private university or public sector organization.
• OR Master’s Degree or BS (2nd Division) with twelve years of post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience in a public or private university or public sector organization.

Treasurer (BPS-20)

• Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or an equivalent qualification recognized by HEC with eight years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• OR MS/M.Phil. (2nd Division) in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing, Economics, or an equivalent qualification recognized by HEC with ten years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• OR MBA in Finance, M.Com., ACCA, ACMA, or M.Sc. in Economics (2nd Division) with twelve years of post-qualification relevant experience.
