The National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) is seeking talented and dedicated professionals to join our team. NPPMCL owns and operates two RLNG-based Combined Cycle Power Plants: the 1223 MW Balloki and 1230 MW Haveli Bahadur Shah, located in District Kasur and District Jhang respectively. 1. General Manager (Performance & Contracts Management)
Number of Positions: 01
Qualifications:
- Degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics) from a university recognized by HEC and PEC.
- An additional degree in business/management from an HEC-recognized university is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in CCGT power plants, including at least 5 years at a senior management level in plant performance.
- Experience in handling, monitoring, and managing power plant-related contracts and agreements.
- Must have served at a senior position in the Contract department and Plant Performance Monitoring department.
- Reasonable understanding of FIDIC, PEC guidelines, and PPRA laws.
As the General Manager (Performance & Contracts Management), you will be responsible for overseeing the performance and contractual obligations of our power plants. Your role will include managing plant performance metrics, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and leading the contract management team. Your leadership will be critical in driving performance excellence and maintaining contractual integrity.
2. Manager (Contracts Management)
Number of Positions: 01
Qualifications:
- Degree in Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Civil) from a university recognized by HEC and PEC.
- Additional degree in law/business/management from an HEC recognized university is preferred.
Experience:
- At least 07 years post-qualification experience, predominantly in the power sector.
- Experience in dealing with matters pertaining to FIDIC, PEC guidelines, and Federal PPRA laws.
In the role of Manager (Contracts Management), you will handle the drafting, negotiation, and management of contracts. Your expertise in contract law and your ability to navigate complex contractual frameworks will be essential. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that the company’s interests are safeguarded.
3. Assistant Manager (Electrical)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical) from a renowned university recognized by HEC and PEC.
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical) will be preferred.
Experience:
- At least 03 years of power sector experience, preferably with Independent Power Producers (IPP).
As an Assistant Manager (Electrical), you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the electrical systems of our power plants. Your role will involve troubleshooting electrical issues, implementing preventive maintenance plans, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Your technical skills and experience in the power sector will be vital to our operational success.
4. Assistant Manager (I&C)
Number of Positions: 04
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) from a renowned university recognized by HEC and PEC.
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) will be preferred.
Experience:
- At least 03 years of power sector experience, preferably with IPP.
The Assistant Manager (I&C) will be tasked with overseeing the instrumentation and control systems of our power plants. This role requires a deep understanding of control systems, instrumentation, and the ability to manage complex automation projects. Your experience will help ensure the reliability and efficiency of our plant operations.
5. Assistant Manager (Mechanical)
Number of Positions: 04
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) from a renowned university recognized by HEC and PEC.
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) will be preferred.
Experience:
- At least 03 years of power sector experience, preferably with IPP.
In this role, you will manage the mechanical aspects of our power plants, including maintenance and repair of mechanical systems. Your mechanical engineering expertise will be crucial in ensuring the operational readiness and efficiency of our facilities.
6. Assistant Manager (Technical)
Number of Positions: 01
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) from a renowned university recognized by HEC and PEC.
- Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) will be preferred.
Experience:
- At least 03 years of power sector experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of plant operations, procurement knowledge, and government public procurement regulations.
As the Assistant Manager (Technical), you will support various technical functions of the power plant, including operations, maintenance, and procurement. Your role will require a strong technical background and the ability to manage procurement processes efficiently.
