The National Rural Support Programme (NRSP) is looking for motivated and qualified individuals to join our team in Hyderabad. NRSP is one of the largest not-for-profit organizations in Pakistan, committed to empowering rural communities through various development projects. We are currently inviting applications for the following positions:

1. MIS Officer

Position: MIS Officer
Required Qualification/Experience:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science or any related field from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized University.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in MIS/Data management.
• Excellent skills in understanding and building Key Process Areas.

As an MIS Officer, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support the organization’s operational and strategic goals. Your role will involve developing and maintaining MIS applications and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. You will also be expected to provide insights and reports to aid decision-making processes. Strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments are essential for this role.

2. Social Mobilizer (Male)

Position: Social Mobilizer (Male)
Required Qualification/Experience:

• Master’s Degree or equivalent from an HEC recognized University.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience working with communities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to mobilize and engage community members.
• Must possess computer skills.

As a Social Mobilizer, your primary responsibility will be to engage with rural communities, understand their needs, and mobilize them for various development initiatives. You will work closely with community members to implement projects that improve their socio-economic conditions. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to inspire and motivate people, and a deep understanding of community dynamics. You should be comfortable working in rural settings and have a strong commitment to social development.
