- Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or 4 years/8 semesters Honors Degree in Social Sciences (Sociology, Social Work, Rural Development, or Development Studies) from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum Second Division (2 CGPA out of 4).
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems.
- Age Limit: 33 years
- Quota: Open Merit
- Assistant Director (Environment)
- Locations: Harpo HPP, Skardu – 1 post; Keyal Khwar, Pattan – 1 post
- Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or 4 years/8 semesters Honors Degree in Environmental Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum Second Division (2 CGPA out of 4).
- OR BE/B.Sc. (Environmental Engineering) with a minimum of 2 CGPA out of 4 from an HEC-recognized university.
- At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of computer operating systems.
- Age Limit: 33 years
- Quota: Open Merit
Tenure and Pay Package
- Tenure: The appointment will be on a contract basis (lump sum pay package) for a period of one year, extendable as per the requirements of the organization/project and satisfactory performance of the individual.
- Pay Package: Lump sum pay package of PKR 135,000 per month.
General Conditions and Instructions
- Written Test: Conducted by M/s OTS and interviews by WAPDA.
- Age Relaxation: A general age relaxation of 5 years is included in the age limit. Additional 3 years age relaxation for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Buddhist Community, Recognized Tribes of Tribal Areas, AJK, and Gilgit Baltistan.
- Upper Age Limit: Relaxable up to 10 years for WAPDA employees who have completed 2 years of continuous regular service.
- Applications Received: After the closing date or with incorrect/incomplete information will not be considered.
- Current WAPDA Employees: Must apply through proper channels with NOC/permission.
- Verification: Degrees/certificates must be verified by HEC-recognized institutions.
- Disqualification: Candidates debarred for future employment or dismissed from service are not eligible.

- Submission: Applications can be submitted by hand or by courier but must be received before the deadline.
