Key Accountabilities
Product Promotion and Sales
- Effective Product Promotion and Selling: Execute the Sales Certification Model to promote and sell products to doctors.
- Achievement of Sales Targets: Meet agreed sales targets within the defined territory and timeframe.
- Marketing Strategies Implementation: Implement marketing strategies that result in a positive Return on Investment (ROI).
Relationship Management
- Engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs): Build and maintain good rapport with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Customer Identification and Development: Identify and develop new customers to expand the business reach.
Knowledge and Skills Development
- Product and Disease Knowledge: Regularly update knowledge on products and diseases, enhance selling skills, and achieve satisfactory quiz marks.
Education
- Graduation: Candidates should preferably be graduates in science or hold a Pharm. D degree.
Experience
- Fresh Graduates: Fresh graduates, including women, in Pre-Medical or Pharm. D, are encouraged to apply.
- Additional Experience: Candidates with 2-3 years of experience would be considered an added benefit.
Required Skills
- Communication Skills: Fluent in verbal and written communication in both Urdu and English.
- Healthcare Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, possessing strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Initiative and Teamwork: Self-initiative drive and ability to work as a team player.
- Opinion Leader Development: Capability to develop Opinion Leaders as Advocates/Speakers for the company.
- Event Planning: Experience in planning and organizing events such as seminars, symposia, roundtable meetings, etc.
- Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel extensively as part of the job requirements.
