Quality Management Specialist (PPS-09)
Qualifications: Master’s/MS/MSPH/MCPS in Public Health, Health Systems Management, or a related field with specialization in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, TQM) from a recognized university.
Experience: At least 10 years in clinical quality management of hospitals in public or private sectors.
Environment & Social Safeguard Specialist (PPS-09)
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Environmental Studies/Science/Engineering or Natural Resource Management from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience: At least 8 years in environmental and social management, preferably in the education and health sectors.
Data Management Specialist (PPS-08)
Qualifications: M.Sc./BS Hons in Statistics, Economics, Bio-Statistics, Mathematics and Economics, Business Management, or Data Analytics from a top-ranked HEC university.
Experience: At least 3 years in data processing/data science/analysis, preferably in the health sector.
Referral Management Consultant (PPS-09)
Qualifications: MBBS with post-graduation in Public Health or Master in Social Sciences.
Experience: At least 15 years in social service or healthcare services, with strong knowledge of community resources.
Procurement Associate (PPS-07)
Qualifications: BSc. Engineering/Pharm D/Economics/Statistics/M. Com or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: At least 3 years in procurement, with sound knowledge of PPRA and international procurement guidelines.
MEAL Associate (PPS-07)
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Statistics/Demographics/Public Policy/International Development/Economics/Public Health from an HEC-recognized university. Advanced certification in M&E, Statistics, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
Experience: At least 3 years in M&E activities/program management.
Referral Management Associates (PPS-07)
Qualifications: MBBS with post-graduation in Public Health or Masters in Social Sciences.
Experience: At least 10 years in healthcare services, with strong community resource knowledge.
PFM Associates (PPS-08)
Qualifications: At least 16 years of education in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Statistics/M.Com/MBA or related field from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience: At least 5 years in public financial management, accounting, or auditing.
