Program Details
Our program offers excellent training opportunities and hands-on experience to the qualified youth, besides sharpening their skills which will be helpful for their future employment. The selected candidates will undergo an internship for a period of 06 months and upon completion, KSEW may offer the status of Management Trainee Officer (MTO) and Management Trainee Supervisor (MTS) for further 06 months purely based on performance as well as HR needs.
Selected MTOs/MTSs may be offered contract jobs at KSEW either as necessary for performance evaluation and HR needs. Suitable monthly stipends will be paid to each intern, depending on overall performance during the internship and MTO/MTS duration. Subsidized food and medical facility within the yard shall be extended to all internees.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Candidates must have completed 16 years of education or any equivalent degree from any HEC recognized university with a minimum 2.5 CGPA in their last Bachelor’s Degree.
- Graduates must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and present proof of the same.
- Candidates must have a DAE Pass Certificate from a recognized Technical Board with an “A” grade.
- Age Limit:
- The maximum age limit for all candidates is 30 years. The cutoff date for age limit is 01-July-2024.
- Nationality:
- The candidate must be a citizen of Pakistan.
- Employment Status:
- Applicants should be employees (full-time/part-time) of any public or private sector.
- Students (full-time/part-time) of any public or private educational institutions.
