- At least 22 years of proven experience in R&D organizations or recognized institutions of research and higher learning.
- 15 years of post-Ph.D. teaching or research experience in HEC-recognized institutions.
- A minimum of 15 research publications in HEC-recognized refereed journals/books.
Other Conditions:
- Tenure-based appointment for three years as per PARC Ordinance, 1981 & Rules, 1984.
- Strong leadership, financial management, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
- Maximum age limit: 62 years.
