  • Alternatively, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a Law degree from an HEC-recognized university.
    Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in a similar role.
    Age Limit:
  • Not more than 50 years.
    Job Responsibilities:
  • Organize and manage board meetings, AGMs, and corporate documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and governance requirements.
  • Maintain statutory books and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Advise on regulatory changes and oversee compliance systems.
